If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, we ask you to give us 24-hour notice. For NEW PATIENTS, we ask for a 48-hour cancellation notice as well as rescheduling. Thank you!

Arrival Policy:

New patients: Please arrive for your first appointment 5 minutes before the start time and ensure you have completed the New Patient consultation form emailed to you.
 

Existing patients: please arrive on time, or ideally 5 minutes before your appointment time. Whilst we endeavour to run to schedule, patients may be seen in order of their arrival to minimise delays.

Cancellation Policy:

 

• Charge for less than 24 hours cancellation or 'no show' - full price of appointment

• Charge for cancellation or 'no show' in exceptional or unavoidable circumstances will be at the discretion of the Clinic Manager. *discretion of the clinic.
